The problem we obsess over
Generative tools are fast, but teams still burn time reconciling outputs: HUD chrome drifts from inventory, campaign shots disagree with the palette guide, and every new model run risks a new “house style.” Lami exists so creative direction is not re-negotiated file by file.
We focus on project-scoped consistency: one place where style, structure, and asset language stay coherent while you iterate.

What a Theme means in Lami
A Theme is more than a moodboard. It is the contract between your team and the product: palette and lighting cues, layout rhythm, typography posture, and the kinds of objects that belong in frame. The Theme wizard captures that contract from references and interviews, then propagates it to generation surfaces.
When onboarding completes and the theme is marked complete, the same project row graduates to workspace-ready status—so dashboards, OpenDrive targets, and activity feeds all speak about the same “real” project the team recognizes.
How work flows through the product
New work starts in the theme wizard: structured steps instead of a blank chat. Media libraries, backgrounds, and Object Lab boards attach to the same project id, so downstream tools inherit the Theme context without copy-pasting prompts.
Workspace surfaces are gated until the project is workspace-ready (onboarding complete and theme complete). That boundary is intentional: it prevents half-configured projects from polluting org-wide lists while still letting drafts continue in “continue setup” states.

Who Lami is for today
Game studios use Lami to keep UI families, skill icons, and environment tiles readable as a set—not as unrelated renders. Agencies translate client brand guides into repeatable generation recipes for product photography and campaign stills.
If your team already maintains a direction document but struggles to make AI output honor it, Lami is the missing enforcement layer between intent and pixels.
Trust, data, and operations
Creative pipelines touch customer references, licensed fonts, and unreleased art. Lami treats org and project boundaries as first-class: activity feeds and quotas are scoped to the signed-in organization, and workspace-ready checks prevent accidental publishing from incomplete setups.
We log AI usage for transparency and improvement; administrators can inspect aggregated usage patterns. For data residency or DPA questions, reach out via Contact—especially before running regulated client work through hosted inference.
Roadmap without vaporware
We ship iteratively: stronger offline save paths for canvas boards, clearer admin observability, and tighter streaming allowlists for AI providers are active engineering themes. Public documentation on this site tracks what is safe to promise customers; deeper engineering notes stay in the repository for contributors.
If you need a capability that is not listed yet, tell us your workflow—we prioritize from real production pain, not slide decks.
