AI features transmit prompts and attachments to model providers to return generations. Providers may retain telemetry under their own policies—review their documentation alongside this policy.

We retain project data while your account and organization remain active, subject to workspace settings and backups.

When you request deletion or close an organization, we remove or anonymize personal data within a commercially reasonable time, except where law requires longer retention (for example, billing or security logs).

We use vendors for hosting, transactional email, databases, AI inference, and object storage. The vendor stack may evolve; we will document material changes for administrators where feasible.
