Terms of Service

Lami provides a Theme-centric AI creative workspace. Features, availability, and commercial terms may be described in-product or in separate order forms. Beta or experimental capabilities may change or be withdrawn without notice.

You must register with accurate information and keep credentials secure. If you join an organization, you must follow that organization’s policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users.

You may not use Lami to generate or distribute unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attack or probe our infrastructure, overload systems through abusive automation, or impersonate others.

You are responsible for securing rights to references, trademarks, and likenesses included in prompts or outputs.

We retain all rights in the software, design, and documentation. You retain rights to content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect or incomplete. You remain responsible for human review before production use. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of the service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
